SALES ASSOCIATE- OUTSIDE SALES
DATA ENTRY AND PACKER
We are a young, energetic and rapidly growing company. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, technically savvy, self-motivated individual to pack orders and enter data in our system.
Working some Saturdays are involved.
Duties
As part of data entry, you will enter orders, pack online orders, and some customer check outs. You will also help in maintaining presentation and merchandising of the stock. Moving/carrying boxes will be required.
Skills and Requirements
This position will require you to be self-motivated and goal oriented and willing to receive guidance and direction. You will need good computer skills as a large part of our business is online.

SALES ASSOCIATE- OUTSIDE SALES
We are a young, energetic and rapidly growing company. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, technically savvy, self-motivated individual to promote and sell our line of great jewellery components to bead stores, designers and hobbyists.
Working some weekends and travel are involved. We currently exhibit at over 10 trade shows per year, across Canada.
Duties
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for serving and selling to walk-in customers at our office location, selling and promoting our products at tradeshows, prospecting and calling/emailing businesses and designers. You will meet with designers who design and hand make jewellery, bead stores that sell to designers and hobbyists and introduce them to our collection of jewellery components.
As part of customer service, you will enter orders, cash out customers and pack some of the orders. You will also help in maintaining presentation and merchandising of the stock.
Skills and Requirements
This position will require you to be a strong communicator with a desire to serve customers, driven, self-motivated and goal oriented and willing to receive guidance and direction, as you will be the primary link to our prospective clients. You will need good computer skills as a large part of our business is online.
Other required skills and characteristics for success in this position include:
- Sales experience, some wholesale experience preferred
- Positive, sales-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal skills and great phone manners
- Enjoy meeting and exceeding challenges

- Computer skills - MS Office
Interest and knowledge of beading & jewellery making are great assets, but not necessary. We can train any novice with the right potential and who has the desire to learn.
