bead store. We require that all orders are a minimum of $150 CAD. If you wish to purchase
less than $150 CAD the retail price applies. The retail price is 1.5x the wholesale price. For items sold by the piece there is a minimum number of pieces per order.

Quantity Discount is automatically applied to your order. Items that are ordered at the
same time but are shipped at different times fall under the same quantity discount. The discount is calculated as follows:

Shipping Information:
We use XPRESSPOST
as our regular shipping carrier. Freight and insurance will be added to every
transaction.
When you place an order online you do not pay immediately.
We will pack your order and add in the appropriate taxes and shipping. Then we will send you an e-mail with the
total amount and a link to pay for the order on Paypal. Once the order has been paid for we ship it out.
We do not keep any credit card information. All online transactions go through PayPal. Paypal will allow
you to pay with most major credit cards and you do not have to have a PayPal account. For more information
on Paypal please click the image below. If you are not comfortable paying online and for all
other payment methods please call us to make arrangements.

However mistakes do happen and there may be a lag in updating the site. Therefore, we make no guarantee as to

Return Policy:
All returns need an authorization number. Please email us to
get one. We will handle refunds as laid out in the following table.
Customer need to pay the return freight. We also reserve the right to change the quantity discount if the return drops you
